We have been involved with many clients over the years to help resolve these challenging situations. We are insured for your protection.
We look forward to meeting and serving you. Education- We believe in continuing education to stay up on the latest products and techniques in order to offer our clients the best solutions. We regularly attend classes offered through the National Association of Home Builders and the Texas Registration Construction Commission and various other seminar and classes.
We have earned the Certified Graduate Builder and the Certified Green Professional designations through the National Association of Home Builders.
Quality homes start with quality products and professional trades people. Homes should be built to last for generations to come. We work hard to build homes that we are all proud of.
We have joined these organizations in order to offer a better product to our clients:
"Easy Living Home Texas" is an option (Having this membership does not require us to build this into every home) that is worth considering when building a new home. If we build an "Easy Living Home" the requirements are: 1) Entrance to home- At least one no-step entrance to accessible route; with a minimum opening of 32 inches. 2) Interior doors- All interior doors on first floor, minimum 30" opening and lever handles. 3) 36 inch wide level route provided through main floor of unit. 4) Blocking in bathroom wallls- First floor bathroom walls reinforced for future grab bars (if ever needed they will be in place and we will provide a document to verify blocking locations so they can be easily found). 5) Light switches, thermostat, electrical outlets electrical panel etc.- for first floor, maximum 42 inches high and a minimum of 15 inches high. If someone had to make these modifications to an existing home this could be an expensive endeavor. The advantages to building a home to this standard are: A) Nobody would have to move away from this home or alter it because of someone becoming disabled B) Cost would be modest when building new.
