This was one of our design/build homes. Building this home for myself I was involved in every aspect of the building process. There were several goals I wanted to meet:
1) Quality products (durable, value for cost and performance)
2) Economical to operate (heat and cool)
3) Daylighting in all areas (if possible)
4) Exterior spaces to comfortable year round
So using quality products and taking the time to build proper we’v achieved a quality home that will be economical to operate with a big feel for a nominal size home.
