Rental Home gets a New Look
|
The owner of this rental wanted to change a few things. After a couple meetings we arrived at a plan to reconfigure the kitchen. We added a wall and moved appliances, added cabinets with a tile back splash for a kitchen that functions well and is quite presentable. We also added a shower to the m. bath by moving the toilet and the sink to accomadate this and also be a nice look. We upgraded the Closet shelving to get the most out of this storage space. With all this we needed to paint and new floorcoverings. The owner selected all the colors, finishes and floor coverings. Now he has a very clean looking home.
